What’s Happening with Partner Incentives in 2022
Partner incentives form a central pillar in all good channel programs. For example in today’s channel, they serve a dual benefit. That of rewarding partners based on performance and increasing partner loyalty and satisfaction. As modern partner ecosystems continuously evolve in both complexity and scale, it is critical that vendors offer incentive programs that are meaningful to the different types of partners they work with. However, not all incentive programs in 2022 are successful when it comes to attracting, motivating and retaining partners.
To look at why the structure and delivery of partner incentives in 2022 matters, Channel Mechanics hosted a webinar with the provocative title “Is your Partner Incentives Program worth the Incentive“. Channel Mechanics VP Sales John McArdle was joined by Don Lopes, Director Global Partner Programs at Juniper Networks, Laura Evans, Sr Global Distribution, MDF and Rebates Program Manager with Poly, and Kenneth Fox, CEO of Channel Mechanics.

On the day, more than 120 people were in attendance and participated in the webinar poll questions.
