Channel Mechanics Crowns Successful First Year with Award Win and the Announcement of Kenneth Fox as CTO
Significant milestones achieved by cloud-based channel enablement start-up
Kenneth Fox, CTO Channel MechanicsChannel Mechanics, the cloud-based channel enablement company, has announced that Kenneth Fox joins the Galway based business as the Company’s first Chief Technology Officer (CTO), following a successful first year that has seen the team grow from one full-time employee to 14. Other milestones reached include; expansion into the US, signing a major global manufacturer as a first customer and being awarded a Business Entrepreneurship Award, presented by Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny.
The Company’s impressive first year performance is built on a strong foundation of a robust enterprise class “Channel Enablement as a Service” solution for all vendors that use distribution channels. Being totally cloud-based Channel Mechanics provides the capabilities for rapid execution of sales and marketing programs, promotions or initiatives, through all tiers of the channel to provide customer satisfaction, brand preference and business growth without the need to invest in complex operational infrastructures.

Kenneth brings with him over 20 years ICT sector experience working for companies such as IBM, Nortel and Avaya. He has a deep (10+ years) domain knowledge as a Technical Leader for Enterprise-class e-Business software delivered in a multi-tenant channel technical environment, so is well placed to help Channel Mechanics as the Company continues to grow and expand.

Additional milestones for the Company in 2012 include; a complete external security review of the Application to ensure it complies to the highest industry standards and an on-going Building an integration roadmap with Salseforce. Additionally during Q4 last year, Channel Mechanics Signed contracts with three Go-To-Market (GTM) Partners in the US as the Company looks to expand its reach into new territories.
