Cian Dervan, Customer Success Manager

Channel Mechanics today delights in welcoming Cian Dervan to our ever growing team. Taking up the role of Customer Success Manager, Cian joins our Customer Success Team, out of our EMEA headquarters, in Galway.

Originally from Roscommon, Cian graduated from the Technological University Dublin, where he studied Game Design. During his time studying, he learned the importance of team work and communication. A project that stood out for Cian was his 4th Year Game Project. Here, he was tasked with brainstorming a Game idea from scratch and developing it throughout the year. The game centralized around trying to prevent a car accident and saving the players from a horrible fate.

While attending university, Cian worked a number of jobs. Working in both SuperValu and in County Photos, introduced Cian to the working world. It was his time working with customers in SuperValu that prepared him for a client facing role with Channel Mechanics. In his new position, he will be responsible for onboarding new customers and offering software demo’s to potential clients.

When he has some spare time, Cian enjoys playing Video games as well as playing five-a-side soccer with friends at their local pitch. In addition, as a lifelong Manchester United Fan, he delightfully welcomed Ronaldo back to the team!

In concluding, Channel Mechanics is delighted Cian is starting his career with us, and we look forward to watching him thrive!
