Channel Mechanics is delighted to announce the appointment of our newest employee! Today we welcome Conor Feeney to the team as a Customer Success Manager in our EMEA headquarters.
Conor, a native of Roscommon, attended university in the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG). Here he spent four years studying Business Information Systems. Following on from this, he undertook an internship with Ballina Beverages (The Coca-Cola Company) as part of his degree where he took on the role of Supply Chain Intern. During his time here, he had the the responsibility of liaising with both suppliers and the customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Upon graduating, Conor joined the team in Diligent Corporation as a Customer Support Specialist. While here, Conor was responsible for gathering customer’s information and determining issues by evaluating and analyzing symptoms. Following on from this, he had to diagnose and resolve technical and software issues involving internet connectivity, login problems and more.
In his spare time, Conor enjoys playing football for his local GAA club in Roscommon, spending time with his friends and listening to podcasts. He also has a passion for travel, which can finally be put back on track after Covid. Above all, Conor enjoys regular trips to Liverpool to watch the Reds excel in the Premier League!
Speaking about the appointment to his new role:
“With the experience of both Customer Support and Supply Chain, I wanted to take up the position in a Customer Success role where I can further develop my skills in a fast moving environment. Channel Mechanics offers me the opportunity for this. And it’s wonderful to see how the company is continuously growing!”
