Channel Mechanics

Daniel McCormack, Customer Success Manager

Channel Mechanics today announces a new appointment, with Daniel McCormack taking up the position of Customer Success Manager.

Originally from Roscommon, Daniel studied at St. Patrick’s University in Maynooth, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in English and Theology and his Master’s degree in Human Rights, Society, and Christianity. Shortly after graduating Daniel embarked on his next adventure, spending the better part of a decade in Vietnam and Saudi Arabia. Daniel has just recently returned to Ireland to pursue the next steps in his career.

While abroad, Daniel enjoyed a career in Education Management in the EdTech industry. During this time, he worked with several legacy and start-up companies. Daniel gained experience in a number of roles while in the EdTech industry. Some of these roles include Teacher Trainer, Curriculum Developer, Regional Manager, and Academic Coordinator.

Upon returning to Ireland, Daniel decided to pursue his new found passion and sought opportunities in the tech industry. Channel Mechanics and the wider channel industry seemed the perfect synergy of these goals, interests, and skillsets.

In his free time, Daniel can typically be found reading a book or watching a movie. He also enjoys hiking, running, or catching up on his favourite sports, especially MMA.

Speaking about the appointment to his new role:

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Channel Mechanics team as a Customer Success Manager. The role is the intersection of two of my primary professional motivations – building relationships with people and solving problems.  In addition, Channel Mechanics is at the forefront of innovation and sophistication in the channel automation space and employs some incredibly gifted channel experts and professionals. The chance to work here and learn from the best of the best is an invaluable career opportunity.”
