Jerome McMahon, Sr. Customer Success Manager

Channel Mechanics delights today in announcing the promotion of Jerome McMahon to the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager

In January 2022, Channel Mechanics appointed Jerome to the position of Customer Success Manager, having previously worked as a Project Manager within the construction industry. Despite being new to the channel at the time, he has since excelled and plays a pivotal role within the customer success team. His expert knowledge of our product capabilities enables him to seamlessly onboard and train both new and existing customers. In particular, Jerome educates our customers with strategies to maximize their ROI through our platform.

In light of his successes, Jerome was promoted to the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager in November 2023. Here, he will continue to drive retention and growth among our customers, by understanding their business needs and assisting them in executing best practices with their channel automation projects.

A native of the Kingdom of Kerry, Jerome attended The University of Limerick where he undertook a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics. Upon graduating, Jerome spent several years traveling in both Vietnam and Vancouver, gaining invaluable experiences along the way.

In his spare time, Jerome enjoys running, playing sports, and listening to podcasts. Keeping fit is a crucial element in keeping his lifestyle balanced.


Speaking about his promotion, Jerome commented:
