Jerome McMahon, Customer Success Manager

Channel Mechanics is delighted to welcome Jerome McMahon to the team! Jerome joins us as a Customer Success Manager in our EMEA headquarters.

A native of of the Kingdom of Kerry, Jerome attended The University of Limerick where he undertook a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics. Upon graduating, Jerome caught the travel bug and headed off for Asia! Here he took on an educational role: as Head Teacher where he taught Science and English to young students.

After spending three blissful years in Vietnam, it was time for a change. And so, Jerome packed his bags and headed off on a new adventure to the Pacific – where he landed in Vancouver. This change in location also brought with it a career change. During his time in Vancouver, he branched into the construction industry and took on a role as a Project Manager for a commercial space. After two years in the role, he was finally ready to head home, and returned to Ireland at the end of 2021 to begin his new chapter with Channel Mechanics.

In his spare time Jerome likes running, playing sport and listening to podcasts. It’s clear to see that keeping fit is a crucial element in his balanced lifestyle.


Speaking about the appointment to his new role:

“Although I am new to the channel, I have regularly followed news and events ever since my first encounter years ago. I’m looking forward to growing and learning as the company continues to expand. I hope to bring some insight from the range of industries that I’ve worked in, to the Channel Mechanics team. It’s clear there’s a shift happening in the channel industry, and I believe that Channel Mechanics is excellently poised to capitalize on this. We’ve entered a new phase in the cycle. Channel adoption, measurement and automation are going to be key factors in business growth and development.”
