Michelle Lynch, UI/UX Designer

Channel Mechanics delights today in announcing the addition of Michelle Lynch to the Product team, in the position of UI/UX Designer.

Michelle joined Channel Mechanics in January 2022 as a Business Analyst. Here, she worked to identify the key areas for improvement when developing and deploying our platform, to ensure the best value was delivered to our vendors and their partners. In February 2024, she assumed a new role within the Product team as UI/UX Designer. This role will see her responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our platform.

A native of Galway, Michelle graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway with a BSc in Business Information Systems. She spent the latter two years of her degree on a dual work/study programme with SAP. She later worked in an Application Support and Project Management role with MetLife before moving to the Healthcare sector.

Here she implemented and embedded Quality Information Systems in many Healthcare organizations across Ireland. Following this, Michelle worked for EssentialSkillz where she helped several organizations implement and support their E-Learning and Compliance platforms.

In her spare time, Michelle has a real passion for sports. She plays both Gaelic Football and Soccer and is a Connacht Rugby Season ticket holder. Michelle’s most recent hobbies include both weight training and trying to keep up with her dog Mylo on their walks together. Michelle also has a real passion for baking and loves to make quirky cakes for family and friends.

Speaking about her new role as UI/UX Designer with Channel Mechanics:

“I am thrilled to be part of the Channel Mechanics Team, it is a company that is going from strength to strength. It’s an exciting time as we evolve our product offering, while continuing to improve the experience for vendors and their partners. I am excited to continue to collaborate with various stakeholders and design user-centric and innovative solutions that make doing business easier. I can’t wait to see where we go from here!”
