With our continuing expansion, Channel Mechanics is delighted to announce the newest addition to our growing team. Today, we welcome Michelle Walsh to our customer success team, where she takes on the role of Customer Success Manager.
Michelle is a graduate of Athlone Institute of Technology, where she obtained a degree in Business Studies and IT. Over the years, her career progressed by taking on positions with a number of multinational companies, here in Ireland. Specifically, Michelle spent time in Microsoft, Siebel, HPE and Oracle. Here she excelled in roles including Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Service Delivery Lead, Customer Advocacy Manager and most recently, Project Management.
Having led teams, both locally and internationally in the Localizations and Scripting arena, Michelle has successfully implemented processes and procedures proving to be beneficial across multiple active projects. In addition, she facilitated Incident, Problem and Change Management processes across global teams in adherence with approved company standards. It is with this experience that Michelle has built a proven track record of developing strong relationships with customers and making her an excellent communicator across internal teams.
Speaking about her appointment to Customer Success Manager:

Originally from Westport, Co. Mayo, Michelle now lives in Galway with her husband and 2 boys. Outside of work, she enjoys interior design, happily completing a number of projects for both family and friends. Moreover, she is passionate about the outdoors, enjoying activities including cycling and mountain climbing, with Croagh Patrick in Co. Mayo being a particular favorite of hers. In addition, Michelle enjoys comedy and makes a point of attending a comedy show whenever possible. And once the current Covid restrictions are no longer in play, she is looking forward to being able to attend a concert or two.
