Sarah Kate Cronin, Customer Success Manager

It’s both a busy and exciting start to 2022 for Channel Mechanics!

Today, we are delighted to announce Sarah Kate Cronin as the newest member of our team. Sarah Kate joins us as a Customer Success Manager in our EMEA HQ.

A native of Limerick, she is a University of Limerick graduate with a Bachelor of Laws. Following her graduation, Sarah Kate gained six years’ experience working with Northern Trust, within the financial services sector. During her time with Northern Trust, she worked in several different roles, including operational, client servicing and as a team leader.

After spending 6 years in the financial services industry, Sarah Kate decided it was time for a career change. At which point she made the decision to go travelling. This faciliated her spending almost two years teaching English in Japan and East Asia. This time away triggered her hunger for a further change, whereby she moved into the IT sector. As a result of her interest in the IT sector, she is currently studying for a Master’s in Data Analytics with TUS Athlone. A key area of interest for her is Data Visualization and Statistics.

Sarah Kate is a big hurling fan and loves watching the Limerick team regularly win the All-Ireland. However, we might have to disagree with her here! She also enjoys swimming and keeping her dog fit with a tennis ball and a hurley in her new home in Co. Mayo. Hurl or Hurley? We’ll let you decide!

 

Speaking about the appointment to her new role:
