Shane Finneran, Head of Customer Success

Shane Finneran joined the Channel Mechanics team as a marketing intern in 2014 while studying at NUIG. Upton completion of his degree Shane became a full-time team member in 2016. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Shane has experience across a range of areas including Marketing, Sales, QA and Information Systems.

While studying at NUIG, he took the opportunity to spend a semester at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology where his primary focus of study was around start-up culture. His hands-on approach and his enthusiastic perspective means he has obtained great exposure to all areas of the company.

While starting his career in marketing, Shane progressed to the role of Sales Engineer before joining the Customer Success team. After 12 months, he was promoted to Head of Customer Success in December 2020.
